Whether you’re heading out of town or just need a trusted place for your pet to stay, Gallery of Pets offers a safe, comfortable home away from home.
From birds and bunnies to reptiles and other small pets, each guest receives personalized care from our experienced staff, with a vet and vet tech on-site for added peace of mind.

Before Boarding
Your Bird
We care for your feathered friends like they’re our own. Here’s everything you need to know to make sure your bird’s stay is safe, comfortable, and stress-free.

Health Certificate Required
To ensure the health and safety of all birds in our care, we require a current health certificate from a licensed veterinarian. Your bird must test negative for the following diseases:

Psittacosis
-
Polyoma
-
Pacheco's Disease
-
Psittacine Beak and Feather Disease (PBFD)
Please note that test results can take 3–4 weeks to process, so plan your boarding reservation accordingly.

Boarding
Boarding rates start at $25 per night, per cage/bird. Final pricing depends on your bird’s cage size and level of care required.

Boarding is by appointment only.

Wing and nail trims are included with boarding.

Beak trims are available upon request for an additional cost and are performed by a certified vet tech.

Pet Club discounts do not apply to boarding services.

What to Bring and
What We Provide
We want your bird to feel right at home during their stay!
We recommend bringing:

Your bird’s own cage and favorite toys for comfort

Their usual food or treats, if preferred
We provide:

Clean cage and enrichment items (if you don’t bring your own)
-
Fresh food, water, and homemade chop twice a week
-
Daily attention and care from our experienced team
A vet tech and veterinarian are available on-site, ensuring your bird receives attentive, professional care throughout their stay.

Boarding Cost
Boarding for small mammals and reptiles is $25 per night. After 10 consecutive days, the nightly rate is reduced to $20 per night.

Policies
We board a variety of small mammals and reptiles, including but not limited to bunnies, guinea pigs, chinchillas, Juliana pigs, lizards, and other small reptiles.
Please note that we do not board snakes at this time.

We encourage pet parents to bring their own enclosures, as we have a limited number of additional enclosures available for use.
To keep your pet comfortable and stress-free, we also recommend bringing their regular food, bedding, and any special supplies they may need.
If you’re unable to bring these items, we can provide food and basic care essentials during their stay.
